Platycerium (Staghorn Fern) Wholesale Supplier
CS Plants is a Taiwan-based exporter of Platycerium, commonly called staghorn fern. We supply Platycerium wholesale to plant shops, online sellers, nurseries and landscapers, from our own export stock in Taiwan and from partner growers and collectors in Thailand and Japan.

What we supply
We supply Platycerium in every form: tissue-culture plants, spore-grown plants, mature plants and mother plants. Some higher-end varieties are available as true-to-type pups taken from the mother plant.
Named varieties have mother-plant photos on our Platycerium by type pages: P. ridleyi, P. willinckii and hybrids, dwarf staghorn ferns, P. veitchii, P. bifurcatum and P. hillii, giant species, African and American species and other hybrids. In the wholesale catalogue you choose a size and see photos of plants in that size. The full list of what we can supply right now is on the availability list.

Three sourcing countries
- Taiwan: our own export stock.
- Thailand: partner growers.
- Japan: plants released by collectors.
We order from the growers, pay them on your behalf and coordinate the shipping, so you deal with one supplier. See our plant sourcing agent service and the growers we work with.
Phytosanitary certificates and import rules
Every consignment travels with a phytosanitary certificate issued for the destination country's rules. One certificate can list several scientific names, so a mixed order goes out under a single certificate.
The USA and Canada require plants to arrive bare-root. Elsewhere, plants travel with their growing medium. See bare-root shipping.
Import permits (where your country requires them) and customs clearance on arrival are handled by you or your local import agent. Our country guides set out the public rules: USA · Canada · Japan · European Union · UAE. For plants sourced in Thailand and shipped through Taiwan, see phytosanitary certificates and re-export.
Consolidated air freight
We combine many items, from several growers, into one consignment. Spread across the whole order, the freight cost per plant is lower than sending plants one at a time by retail post. Depending on the order and the destination, we ship by:
- Air cargo, with the phytosanitary certificate and other documents. Import clearance is handled on your side.
- Postal service (EMS / USPS).
- UPS.
Plants from Thailand: small orders are shipped locally from Thailand. Larger air-freight orders can be consolidated with plants from Taiwan.
