What we handle
- Sourcing — we look for the plants on your list, compare what growers can offer and send you photos of the actual plants.
- Ordering & payment — we place the orders and pay the growers; you pay us once.
- Phytosanitary certificates — issued by Taiwan or the country of origin, matched to your country's import rules.
- Packing & consolidation — plants from several growers can be consolidated in Taiwan and shipped together, or shipped directly from the country of origin.
- Shipping — by air to your nearest international airport, by express, air cargo or EMS depending on destination and urgency.
What you handle
We fly your plants to your nearest international airport with a phytosanitary certificate issued to your country's import requirements, plus the commercial invoice and packing list.
Import permits (if your country requires one) and customs clearance at destination are handled by you or your local import agent.

Thailand
A major source of rare Platycerium, ferns and aroids. We order and pay Thai growers for you, and ship either directly from Thailand or through Taiwan with a re-export certificate — see phytosanitary certificates & re-export.
Japan
Selected Japanese breeders and collectors, for plants that are hard to buy from outside Japan.
We also work with partner growers in Southeast Asia and Australia — see our growing partners.

FAQ
Do you only sell your own plants?
No. Besides our own stock, we can source plants from other growers in Taiwan, Thailand and Japan, including specific nurseries you name.
Can you ship directly from Thailand or Japan?
Yes. Depending on the plants and your destination, we either ship directly from the country of origin or consolidate everything in Taiwan and ship from here.
Who issues the phytosanitary certificate?
The plant protection authority of Taiwan or of the country of origin, matched to your country's import requirements. For plants re-exported through Taiwan, a re-export phytosanitary certificate is used.
Which countries can you ship to?
Anywhere we can fly plants to your nearest international airport: North America, Europe, the Middle East, Japan and the rest of Asia.
